Account Management

Shout Bailey reserves the right to disable user accounts that violate these terms and conditions.

Scheduling and Attendance

Please ensure you can attend the scheduled consultation at the relevant time and date based on your timezone. All scheduled times are based on UK time zones only.
Notify us as soon as possible if you will be late or unable to attend a scheduled consultation.
Failure to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

Return and Refund Policy

At Shout Bailey Consultancy, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our Return and Refund Policy to understand your rights and obligations when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us as soon as possible.
To reschedule a consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
Failure to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
If a service has not yet been rendered and you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time.

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being late for a scheduled consultation, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but the session may need to be shortened to fit within the allocated time slot.

Non-Attendance

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notification, the session will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be provided.
